We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and that's why we have crafted a return policy designed to be as straightforward and accommodating as possible. Below are the key points to keep in mind when considering a return:
21-Day Return Window
We offer a 21-day return policy from the shipping date. Please initiate your return request within this period to be eligible. If you're planning to travel, we recommend scheduling your orders accordingly, as we cannot extend the return window for travel-related reasons. For packages lost in transit, please submit your claim within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our part, we will cover the expense.
To request a return, complete our Return Request Form for evaluation. Do not send back items without receiving feedback, as this will result in an automatic denial of your return. After we've touched base with you, please send all returns to 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019.
Address Errors and Unclaimed Shipments
Should you provide an incorrect address, the shipment will likely return to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address. Similarly, unclaimed shipments returned to us will also incur reshipment costs. For unregistered accounts, orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments will neither be reshipped nor refunded.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags and tear-away size labels intact. Items without these tags or labels will be returned at your expense. We do not accept returns for sealed goods like face masks due to health and hygiene reasons; these items will be disposed of at your expense without a refund. Including original packaging whenever possible is strongly encouraged. Non-acceptable items like face masks will not be refunded or sent back.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for "FINAL SALE" items, underwear, swimwear, or headwear, nor do we issue refunds for buyer's remorse or size corrections. Purchases made outside of LVontre Luxe cannot be returned. Additionally, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
